As a buyer’s agent, Darlene
Muse represents the consumer who is purchasing the property
in the real estate transaction. She owes full fiduciary
responsibilities, duties, and loyalty to the real estate
buyer. Darlene Muse works for the buyer client and keeps
the client's best interest in mind throughout the entire
real estate transaction process.
The buyer agent’s fee
is compensated through a negotiated fee paid by the
seller and split between the buyer’s and seller’s
agents based on the selling price of the property.

to the buyer client.

vendors e.g. movers, settlement attorneys, home inspectors,
and others that the consumer may need.
Follow through on all details
for the final settlement and attend settlement with
buyers.
Provide community or local
government information for buyers and follow-up after
moving in.
